If you downloaded my previous Sewing Patterns font and liked it okay but just wished the fashions were a little bit older, then have I got the font for you.

Something Fresh

Maybe it’s the new Theme Garden set up, or the fact that the customize screen doesn’t work at all on an iPad, but I’m having trouble getting excited about working on themes for Tumblr lately.

It might be time to try something else for a while, learn something new. Ecommerce could be fun. Creating themes for Magento or WordPress shops.

Should be different at least.

I haven’t been doing a very good job of keeping up with my font recommendations. So let’s try this again and see if I can manage to get a post up every Sunday.

To kick things off, here’s Barbarello by Su Lucas. It’s an awesome barbed wire style font with all the symbols and everything.

I love seeing how people use my fonts and I love letterpress so I was thrilled when this arrived in the mail.

The book is Fall Apart Park by Gregory Crawford. I haven’t had a chance to read it yet but it’s handcrafted and the cover is gorgeous (and that is what I will judge it by for now).
